7. User Content
You retain ownership of the stories and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and display your content within the app
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
- Process your content to provide the storytelling service

9. Subscription and Payments

16. Mobile Application License
If you access the Service through a mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

- The developer (Twinkle Tales) is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this application
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application
- In the event of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the application (if any)
- Apple will not be responsible for any claims relating to the application including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation
- You represent that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- When using the application, you must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement (e.g., if you have a VoIP application, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the application)
- The developer and you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof
17. Maintenance and Support
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service and application as specified in these Terms of Service or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application.
18. Product Claims and Warranties
We are solely responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Service or application, including but not limited to:
- Product liability claims
- Any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
- Intellectual property infringement claims
